The approvals will see BETER roll out its Setka Cup table tennis product with licensed operators in both states and offer local bettors the opportunity to revel in fast-paced sports like they have never experienced before. BETER offers 24/7 live streaming and features 700,000 of its signature fast-paced events annually, with up to 50 betting markets offered at every event.

The company’s boss, Gal Ehrlich, spoke highly of the opportunity to see the firm consolidate its presence in the United States and popularize its Setka Cup among other portfolio options. Ehrlich further hailed the United States as a place where businesses, such as operators and suppliers, go to develop their products with full commitment to regulatory compliance.

"Receiving approval from such respected regulators is a testament to the quality of our products and the dedication of our teams, especially in the areas of legal compliance, integrity, and transparency," he added.

He was joined by Valeriia Tarchynska, Chief Legal Officer at BETER, who was similarly pleased with the development, and said that gaining the approvals was indeed a significant step forward for the company and its broader US strategy.

"We’re also grateful for the ongoing support of our trusted partner, law firm BlankRome, whose guidance has been invaluable throughout this process," Tarchynskasaid.

Tarchynska similarly spoke highly of BETER’s legal team, which has tackled some of the most challenging entry requirements for markets such as the United States, as well as Latin America. BETER is already operational in North Carolina, Colorado, Arizona, and Ohio, with more launches to follow on top of the recently secured Iowa and Illinois milestones.
