District of Columbia lottery players can enjoy a wide range of engaging games from Scientific Games, the leading provider of analytics, technology, services, digital and retail games, thanks to a recent launch.
Scientific Games delivers new online games for DC Lottery players
The company extended its partnership with the DC Lottery by launching its premier content aggregator, SG Content Hub.
As a result, District of Columbia players will now be able to experience hit games, including popular eInstant titles and games from SG Studios and licensed brands.
It was back in 1982 when Scientific Games first joined forces with the DC Lottery.
At the time, the company rolled out DC Scratchers games, ushering in a new era of lottery entertainment for local players.
Building on the success of that agreement, Scientific Games will deliver its own portfolio of more eInstant games, as well as other popular titles, under the latest alliance.
District of Columbia online players can already enjoy SG Studios' Mayhem Madness game.
With that in mind, more titles are expected to bolster DC Lottery's offering, with Witchy Wins and Candy Coated Cash expected to launch later this year.
Scientific Games played a major role since the DC Lottery's inception back in 1982.
Since the launch of the lottery more than four decades ago, it has awarded $4.8bn in prizes and helped raise more than $2.4bn for the District's General Fund, which provides funds for essential services.
Earlier this month, Scientific Games bolstered its lottery retail capabilities with the introduction of GameChoice, a groundbreaking product recommendation engine.
The wide variety of games is expected to boost the proceeds to the District's General Fund
Matt Lynch, Scientific Games' President, spoke about the latest alliance, Casino Guru News learned from a press release.
"We are excited to bring our global expertise, content and technology to the DC Lottery with an evolutionary content aggregator developed to offer players an exciting portfolio of iLottery games, with the agility to adapt to play preferences and market trends," the executive said.
Finally, Lunch pointed out: "The engaging variety of digital lottery games offered through the SG Content Hub ensures long-term sustainable growth for the DC Lottery and its beneficiary programs in the District of Columbia."
Randy Burnside, DC Lottery's Executive Director, added that the Lottery is delighted to expand its offering with the addition of new and exciting games delivered via the SG Content Hub.
"We are building on our success with DC Scratchers from Scientific Games and the company's deep understanding of lottery players and the entertainment experience," he said in conclusion.
Last month, Scientific Games strengthened its digital leadership division with two senior-level appointments.
At the time, the company appointed Laura Higgins for the role of Vice President, Customer Success & Strategy and named Keshav Pitani Senior Vice President, Digital Games.
