Hard Rock Bet has launched locally in Colorado, becoming the 14th sportsbook to join the sports betting fray in the state, and also entering the 9th state where the company’s platform is operating.
Hard Rock Bet adds vim and vigor to the local betting market
While focusing on sports betting exclusively, Hard Rock Bet also offers esports betting and iCasino options across the United States. Colorado allows esports betting but has not yet legalized online casinos.
Commenting on the launch, Hard Rock Bet’s Executive Managing Director – President & Chief Revenue Officer, Matt Primeaux, had this to say:
"Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook is bringing an exciting new experience to Colorado players with deep betting markets on all major sporting events plus local favorites like table tennis and MMA. With our top-rated platform, weekly Legendary Reward Drops, and integration into Unity by Hard Rock, we’re confident that Coloradans are going to love the Hard Rock Bet Sportsbook experience."
The entry marks a significant milestone for both the state and the company. This is the first sportsbook to enter the market since January 2024, with Hard Rock Bet confident that it can match the local offer, improve upon it, and deliver a superior product that will help drive differentiation.
The company has extensive experience from other relevant markets that it intends to carry over to the Centennial State, with Hard Rock Bet already available in Arizona, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, NewJersey, Ohio, Tennessee, and Virginia.
Entering a busy market and seeking to stand out
Hard Rock Bet has also been expanding on its offer, adding more online casino content in places such as New Jersey and focusing on streamlining its sports betting markets across the board.
The company is bringing its full variety of betting markets to Colorado, with local sports aficionados now able to bet on parlays and pre-game selections on popular events such as basketball, baseball, soccer, Americanfootball, tennis, golf, and more.
Locally, the company will be going up against the likes of BetMGM, bet365, Caesars, FanDuel, DraftKings, Fanatics, ESPN Bet, and others.
