TheLotter, the fast-growing online lottery courier service company available in multiple US states, announced its plans to suspend its New Jersey operations.
The lottery courier halts services in New Jersey, effective November 19, 2025
Details regarding the unexpected announcement emerged on Monday.
TheLotter said it decided to suspend its operations in New Jersey as part of a long-term strategy that focuses on growth and expansion in other US states.
Besides shifting focus to other US states and planning expansion of its market presence, the company confirmed key platform enhancements, including an upgraded personal area and improved user interface.
Equally as important, TheLotter streamlined the lottery purchase experience for its customers and implemented an ultra-responsive design that boosted performance.
Per the lottery courier's recent announcement, it will stop accepting orders, effective from November 19, 2025.
TheLotter further explained: "Any existing orders, Multi-Draw packages, or draws from a Subscription scheduled after that date will be canceled and fully refunded."
Customers of the lottery courier service in New Jersey have already been notified about the upcoming changes.
Players are given the option to withdraw their funds by February 17, 2026.
Users who miss that deadline can contact TheLotter's customer service team for help.
Earlier this year, TheLotter's CEO, Yael Hertz, called for effective regulation during the annual East Coast Gaming Conference (ECGC).
Withdrawing from New Jersey was a difficult decision
Barry Golombek, TheLotter US General Manager, commented on the company's plan to withdraw from New Jersey and focus on other markets.
"First and foremost, we want to thank our loyal customers for their continued support. This decision was not easy, but we believe it will enable us to reach more players across the country," he said.
Moreover, Golombek pointed out: "By redirecting our efforts and resources, more customers will be able to order tickets for their favorite lotteries quickly and conveniently."
Finally, the General Manager said TheLotter is looking forward to a bright future ahead and acknowledged that the company's newly launched and improved website is already enjoying overwhelmingly positive feedback from customers.
The improved website is already available to TheLotter customers in Arizona, Oregon and Minnesota.
Equally as important, the overhaul of the website comes after the lottery courier launched its services earlier this year in Arizona.
Last year, TheLotter also entered New York and judging by its latest announcement, it will continue to expand across the country.
