The provider of regulatory intelligence solutions, Vixio, strengthened its compliance capabilities with the introduction of a new regulatory management tool catering to compliance professionals, Vixio Workspace.

The release of the new tool comes at a time when regulatory compliance in markets across the globe is becoming more complex.
Vixio Workspace complements the company's existing RegTech platform, which delivers essential regulatory intelligence, helping businesses navigate the complex regulations in markets around the world.
Unlike other compliance solutions and SaaS software, Vixio Workspace can be instantly adopted as it doesn't require any IT integration.
In a press release, Vixio explained that the new regulatory management tool seeks to "address the challenges faced by compliance teams by fusing regulatory intelligence and workflow capability together, which means teams will never miss action items from critical regulatory updates."
Notably, the quality regulatory management tool includes a range of features that facilitate regulatory management.
The features include precision-driven regulatory intelligence checklists, a real-time dashboard and task management that enables operators and businesses to easily manage and allocate tasks, helping compliance teams meet a range of priorities.
Vixio Workspace also offers an audit trail that makes confusing email trails obsolete, functions for user management that can bolster security and audibility, as well as chat feature that allows compliance teams and senior-level management executives to increase their communication in cases related to compliance challenges.

The release of Vixio Workspace comes at a time when 85% of compliance leaders have reported a growing complexity in compliance requirements over the last three years.
At the same time, some 77% of the compliance leaders admitted that increasing compliance complexity hindered business growth drivers.
In that context, the newly released tool comes at the right time and according to Vixio, Vixio Workspace is designed by compliance professionals for compliance professionals.

Earlier this month, Vixio was shortlisted by the ICA Compliance Awards for the Technology Partner of the Year award.
