Wynn Resorts reports strong revenue growth in Q3 2025

Wynn Resorts, the leading gaming, hospitality and entertainment company, released its latest financial results.

On Thursday, the company uncovered details regarding its performance during the third quarter ended September 30, 2025.

Operating revenues in Q3 increase by more than $140m year-over-year

Based on the financial data, Wynn Resorts' revenue in Q3 this year hit $1.83bn.

A year-over-year comparison to the $1.69bn result from Q3 in 2024 shows that this year, a notable increase of $140.4m was recorded.

Wynn Resorts reported net income of $88.3m for the third quarter of this year, compared to a net loss of $32.1m during the same period the prior year.

Adjusted Property EBITDAR in Q3 this year was $570.1m, up when compared to the $527.7m from Q3 in 2024.

A breakdown provided by the company reveals that the largest share of the total operating revenues came from its casino segment.

The total casino revenue recorded in Q3 this year was $1.17bn, marking an increase compared to the 2024 result of $1.02bn.

Unlike the casino segment, rooms revenue decreased by more than $10m to $270.5m in Q3, while food and beverage revenue was on par year-over-year at $262m.

Entertainment, retail and other revenue recorded a slight decrease to $126.6m, Wynn Resorts' latest unaudited financial report reveals.

Impressive EBITDA growth in Macau, Las Vegas operations outperformed expectations

Craig Billings, Wynn Resorts' CEO, shared his excitement about the recent results, saying: "Our third quarter results were marked by impressive EBITDA growth in Macau, and continued outperformance in Las Vegas."

Moreover, the executive pointed out: "In Macau, we achieved healthy market share and saw a significant increase in mass table drop year over year. In Las Vegas, the team delivered another quarter of year-over-year EBITDA growth and continued to take gaming market share."

Finally, Billings explained that Wynn Resorts made significant progress on Wynn Al Marjan Island, considering that it is now pouring the concrete for the remaining few floors of the 70-story tower.

As explained by the company's boss, operating revenues in Macau and Las Vegas recorded strong growth.

Per the recent data, operating revenues at Wynn Palace, the company's Las Vegas operations and Wynn Macau increased by $115.7m, $13.8m and $13.6m to $635.5m, $621.0m and $365.5m, respectively.

On the other hand, Encore Boston Harbor's revenue halted at $211.8m, recording a year-over-year decrease of $2.4m.
