The global sensation Stake.com has become the international partner for Team Vitality, and specifically, the esports organization’s Counter-Strike 2 competitive team.
Team Vitality competes in video games and has a prominent CS2 roster, which has managed to bring two back-to-back titles in their most recent performance – one from the Blast Austin Major and one from the ESL Grand Slam.
Stake continues to push forward in the esports vertical
Stake is expanding its global reach, a company that has already backed multiple other prominent sports competitions, including the Ultimate Fighting Championship and Formula 1, individual athletes, and sponsored a team. Now, Stake is expanding its reach in the world of competitive events with the esports vertical and Team Vitality in particular.
The timing of the partnership quickly pins both companies’ names on their respective audiences’ radars, allowing them to benefit from each other’s brand visibility and exposure.
Stake will be featured across Team Vitality’s digital platforms and channels, and the two companies will work together to co-create premium content activations and bring more opportunities to fans.
The partnership is a multi-year agreement that will see the companies collaborate on various other initiatives as well. Stake’s logo will be visible on the team’s jerseys, as well as across social media campaigns.
The Stake branding was visible on Team Vitality CS2’s team’s jerseys at the IEM Cologne, which kicked off last week. IEM Cologne is often hailed as one of the pinnacle events of the professional Counter-Strike 2 circuit.

"This partnership with Stake is historic: not only for its scale but also for its symbolic value. It reflects the success of our ambition to establish Team Vitality as a leading global esports brand, alongside the biggest names in their respective industries," Team Vitality co-CEO Vas Roberts said.
The partnership, said Roberts, would allow Team Vitality to build innovative experiences geared towards the team’s fans and provide them with exclusive content that also feeds back into and supports the team.
Previously, Stake added Patrice Evra, a soccer legend, and Valentina Shevchenko, a UFC ace, to its global ambassador team.
